Application for registration.—Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application for registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every contract of an athlete held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
