Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Development Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
