Surrender of certificate.—Every court receiver who ceases to carry on the management of property in the custody of the court shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every warrant held by him has been disposed of.
