Intimation of change.—Every actuary shall intimate to the Tariff Advisory Committee, in Form IRDA-6 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tariff Advisory Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
