Application for registration.—Every requisitioned property owner carrying on the ownership of requisitioned property shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Registrar in Form 5, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
