Application for registration.—Every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every trust held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
