Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a fuel station shall apply to the National Executive Committee in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the National Executive Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
