Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a fuel station dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the National Executive Committee in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every no-objection certificate then held; and the National Executive Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
