Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall apply to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
