Application for registration.—Every home-based worker carrying on home-based work for wages shall make an application for registration to the Regional Board in Form 5, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
