Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the listed company shall apply to the Clearing Corporation in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Clearing Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
