Application for registration.—Every central recordkeeping agency carrying on the keeping of records of subscribers shall make an application for registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 5, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every nomination held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
