Safe custody.—Every central recordkeeping agency shall keep every remittance challan to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of records of subscribers is carried on, shall record in Form 11 the description of every remittance challan so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal within thirty days of the close of each year.
