Intimation of change.—Every central recordkeeping agency shall intimate to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, in Form 31 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
