Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a composite licence who ceases to carry on the working of a composite licence shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every mineral held by him has been disposed of.
