Application for registration.—Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Council in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every hostel held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
