Intimation of change.—Every training centre shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Council, in Form I and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
