Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking shall intimate to the appropriate Government, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the appropriate Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
