Intimation of change.—Every user of the national flag shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form F and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
