Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any user of the national flag dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
