Intimation of change.—Every patent agent shall intimate to the Plant Varieties Authority, in Form 18 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Plant Varieties Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees.
