Intimation of change.—Every freight forwarder by rail shall intimate to the Commissioner of Railway Safety, in Form A and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
