Surrender of certificate.—Every money changer who ceases to carry on the business of a money changer shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every shipping bill held by him has been disposed of.
