Application for registration.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners carrying on the letting of premises to foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form S, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every employment contract held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
