Surrender of certificate.—Every sports agent who ceases to carry on the representation of athletes shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every contract of an athlete held by him has been disposed of.
