Intimation of change.—Every user of the national flag shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form G and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
