Report to the Government.—The District Excise Officer shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of bar licensees whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Karnataka and publish it within fourteen days of its preparation.
