Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Tariff Advisory Committee in the custody of the Insurance Ombudsman, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Tariff Advisory Committee; and where the Insurance Ombudsman having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IRDA-4 within thirty days of the succession.
