Clause 2, Andhra Pradesh Fire Service (Warning Control) Order, 2010 [SEV-65X]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 1999); (b) "operator of a hospital" means a person carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies; (c) "incident report" means a incident report received, held or disposed of by a operator of a hospital in the course of the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
