Intimation of change.—Every trading licensee shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form VI and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
