Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of property by auction shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every adhesive stamp held by him has been disposed of.
