Intimation of change.—Every cabin crew member shall intimate to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in Form CA-6 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
