Surrender of certificate.—Every emergency arbitrator who ceases to carry on the grant of emergency interim measures shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every dispute held by him has been disposed of.
