Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the emergency arbitrator shall apply to the Designated Court in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Designated Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
