Intimation of change.—Every emergency arbitrator shall intimate to the Designated Court, in Form A and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
