Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any emergency arbitrator dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Designated Court in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every notice of arbitration then held; and the Designated Court shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
