Surrender of certificate.—Every data fiduciary who ceases to carry on the processing of personal data shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every digital signature held by him has been disposed of.
