Application for registration.—Every inquiry officer carrying on the conduct of inquiries shall make an application for registration to the Lokayukta in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every certified copy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
