Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a shop shall intimate to the Licensing Officer, in Form VII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
