Surrender of certificate.—Every cloud service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of cloud computing services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
