Application for registration.—Every cloud service provider carrying on the provision of cloud computing services shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every log held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
