Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the institution shall apply to the Director of Education in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
