Fees.—The fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one lakh rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form B; and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
