Surrender of certificate.—Every retirement adviser who ceases to carry on the advising of subscribers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every pension payment order held by him has been disposed of.
