Safe custody.—Every holder of a standard mark licence shall keep every standard mark to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the use of the standard mark is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every standard mark so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Bureau of Indian Standards within sixty days of the close of each year.
