Intimation of change.—Every holder of a standard mark licence shall intimate to the Bureau of Indian Standards, in Form B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
