Application for registration.—Every scrapping facility carrying on the scrapping of motor vehicles shall make an application for registration to the Transport Commissioner in Form 2, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every driving licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
