Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private network shall apply to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
