Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form C; and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
