Safe custody.—Every operator of a private network shall keep every subscriber record to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of a captive telecommunication network is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every subscriber record so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing within seven days of the close of each year.
